Colors and designs that evoke the concepts of nobility and grandeur, and others that suggest a return to a simpler, earth-friendly lifestyle, will be well received in 2008, according to the latest edition of ColorForward, the trends-analysis initiative of Clariant Masterbatches Division. ColorForward 2008 identifies five emerging cultural influences and links them to colors and ideas to provide product designers and marketers with inspiration for the coming year. Updated editions are released annually. Created by the international Clariant ColorWorks team, ColorForward is one of many creative tools available to help product designers and developers use color more effectively. The global network of seven ColorWorks centers exists to help accelerate new products to market, bring color into the early stages of design and cultivate brand recognition and value.
